Groton Deed Sales Range From $375,000 To $1.74 Million On Skyfields Drive

Groton recorded 20 property deed transfers from July 24 to Aug. 22, with disclosed prices ranging from $375,000 to $1,741,500 and a median of $806,250 among the 14 sales that reported a price. The other six sales, all transfers within the same family or into a personal trust, did not disclose a price. The month's top sale was 89 Skyfields Drive at $1,741,500; a second Skyfields Drive sale also topped $1.4 million, and Overlook Drive produced two sales above $1 million. Five sales closed under $500,000. The data shows a spread of transaction types and price points across town, with no single trend dominating the period.
