Groton Home Prices Range Widely as Skyfields Drive Sale Tops $1.7 Million

Twenty Groton properties sold between July 17 and Aug. 15, according to registry of deeds data. Prices ranged from $375,000 to $1,741,500 among the 15 sales that disclosed a price, with a median of $780,000. The month's top sale was 89 Skyfields Drive at $1,741,500, sold by T Tomany Realty Trust to Kristen and John Kosiba Jr. Skyfields Drive and Overlook Drive each saw two transfers. At least seven of the 20 deeds involved grantors and grantees sharing a surname or trust, several with no disclosed price. Sale volume was steady, though roughly a quarter of transactions did not report a price.
