Groton Records 17 Property Transfers as Median Sale Price Reaches $760,000

Groton's registry of deeds recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Nine listed a disclosed price, ranging from $321,000 to $934,900, with a median of $760,000. The period's top sale was new construction at 15 Oriole Drive, which sold for $934,900 to Massoud Ghasemzadeh Barvarz. Six of the eight transfers without a disclosed price involved matching or related names on both sides of the deed, consistent with trust or family transfers rather than open-market sales. Two Sand Hill Road properties changed hands the same day in an apparent exchange between two households, both with no price disclosed.
