Groton recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with nine listing a sale price ranging from $49,000 to $2.2 million and a median of $850,500. The month's most notable transaction was a $2.2 million sale at 106 Boston Rd., one of two high-value Boston Road properties sold by GTP Development LLC to separate LLC buyers, which together totaled $3.85 million. Nine of the 18 transfers were trust or estate related with no listed price. The data shows a wide price spread and a mix of market and family transfers, with no single tone describing the whole period.
