Five priced sales span $475,000 to $1.26 million as most September deeds await price data
The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 19 Groton property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only five had posted a sale price as of this report. Among those, prices ranged from $475,000 to $1,262,000, with a median of $803,777. The month's top sale was 22 Chamberlains Mill Lane at $1,262,000, sold by Mark Itterman to Joseph N. and Donna C. Vaudo. Most of the remaining 14 deeds were transfers between family members or into trusts and have not yet shown a price. With most pricing still pending, this snapshot offers only a partial read on September's market.
