Groton Home Sales Top $1.74 Million as Six Deals Cross Seven Figures

Twenty properties changed hands in Groton between July 10 and Aug. 8, with disclosed prices among the 14 sales that reported one ranging from $375,000 to a period-high $1,741,500 at 89 Skyfields Dr., and a median of $800,000. Six sales closed above $1 million, including two on Skyfields Drive and two on Overlook Drive. The remaining six recorded transfers carried no disclosed price and were transfers into family or personal trusts rather than open-market sales. The data shows a mix of high-value and entry-level transactions, with three sales under $500,000, but includes no inventory or days-on-market figures to characterize overall conditions.
