GROTON — The Groton Sewer Commission approved two sets of minutes and flagged an unexplained flow spike at the high school. Members reviewed a Pepperell bill showing 3,100 gallons per day at Groton Dunstable Regional High School on Dec. 30, with almost 4,000 gallons on Dec. 23. A staff member said the January 1 billing for large users ran roughly $15,000 below last year.
The member said the exception report flagged nothing unusual. Members said a MassDOT permit for the Route 119 emergency room project was issued the day of the meeting, and the commission is owed payments as Deluxe pulls building permits. Clerk Darius Boudreau will prepare the annual town report submission.
Members also discussed nomination papers for the spring election.
