Groton home sales span $450,000 to $1.375 million, median at $842,500

Groton recorded 19 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 12 disclosing a sale price ranging from $450,000 to $1,375,000 and a median of $842,500. The top sale was 76 Robin Hill Road at $1,375,000, sold by Moulton Construction Corporation to Matthew and Deanna Glazier. Seven of the 19 transfers were intra-family trust transfers with no price disclosed, including two on Broadmeadow Road, meaning more than a third of recorded activity did not reflect open-market pricing. The data shows a moderate volume of transactions with a wide price spread but limited disclosure across roughly a third of recorded deeds.
